40th Annual Michigan State Youth Conference June 19-22
The Oakland Church of Christ will be the site of the 40th Annual Michigan State Youth Conference June 19th through the 22nd. The conference will begin on Thursday evening with a Devotional and Welcome at 7:00 P.M.
The conference will feature guest speaker Brandon Holt of Corona, California. Brandon is in great demand as a speaker to young audiences all over the nation. He will be addressing subjects related to the conference’s theme, “Christians Under Construction – Building Yourself Up in the Faith.”
The annual conference pageant will be held at Southfield High School on Saturday, June 21st at 6:00 P.M. Members of the community are invited to attend. A five dollar donation is suggested for attendees ages 13 and over.
The event will culminate on Sunday with a special Bible class taught by Brandon at
9:30 A.M. He will be the speaker at the Sunday morning worship assembly at a special time of 10:30 A.M.
